  • Church Cancelation

    Good morning Church,

Church is cancelled today (12/18) due to poor road conditions caused by the freezing rain. We hate to cancel, but would rather err on the side of caution.
I would like to encourage you to spend time worshiping the Lord at home with your family. Read His word together and give Him opportunity to speak. Be blessed by your Creator, your King, our Savior!

    2 Timothy 4:16 - 18

"At my first defense no one stood with me, but all forsook me. May it not be charged against them. But the Lord stood with me and strengthened me, so that the message might be preached fully through me, and that all the Gentiles might hear. Also I was delivered out of the mouth of the lion. And the Lord will deliver me from every evil work and preserve me for His heavenly kingdom. To Him be the glory forever and ever. Amen!"

What a great reminder these verses are! Through we feel all alone, even when we are all alone, the Lord stands with us, strengthening us, delivering us, empowering us, and preserving us for his kingdom. God loves us and He cares deeply for us!
    God bless you all today,

    Sam

  • King's Kids

The LCF kids have been working very hard on their musical.

SATURDAY DECEMBER 10th 4:00 pm is the date of the performance. Kids will need to get there at 3:00. There will be a greeting line and refreshments after.

    Here is a brief synopsis.

It's a zoo out here! Bethlehem's homes and inns may be bursting at the seams with travelers for the census, but because of the animals they brought with them, the stable is simply out of control. Bethlehem's top temp agency must call on their most eager but often-inept family of workers, the Wooltons to step up and answer the call. What they expect to be an unglamorous assignment will soon put them face to face with the angel Gabriel, a skyfull of the Heavenly Host, and ultimately the Good Shepherd himself - Jesus!
